If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, returned products should include the original packaging. All return requests must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Return Process
After a return request has been reviewed and approved, the Sacdeiv™ customer support team will provide instructions for returning the item.
In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return involves a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping error caused by our team.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified about the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by Sacdeiv™.
